60-75 minutes ~  for new clients

The Initial consultation runs for approximately 60-75 minutes. The last 15 minutes of this consultation will be allocated towards prescribing. The purpose of the initial consultation is to take a thorough case history.

 

In the initial consultation the patients current state of health is assessed to get a better picture of what the main contributing factors may be. We will cover the patient’s family health history to gain a in-depth understanding of other contributing factors. Topics covered in building a detailed case taking will include your signs and symptoms of the health issues, your diet, lifestyle factors, the use of current supplement /medication as well as any past use of supplementation/medications. If you have any recent test results these will also be looked over. I will use iridology, and observations of tongue and nail patterns as assistive tools before formulating a treatment protocol suited to your health condition. Treatment options will be discussed and at the end of your consultation you will receive a detailed treatment protocol which may include, prescribed herbs, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes and in some cases further testing or referrals to other healthcare practitioners.

45 minutes ~ for existing clients

A follow-up consultation is to assess and provide ongoing care after your initial consultation. The last 15 minutes of this consultation will be allocated towards prescribing.

Follow-up appointments are advised so that we can monitor the outcome of any initial treatment protocol that was given to you. Depending on the achieved results we may alter or continue with the original treatment protocol.  We also utilize this appointment to review any test results that may have been requested in the initial consultation.
